Hired them to do 3 pick ups. 2 from the Puerta Vallarta airport and one for my wife and son who were there at a different hotel. Pick ups were great - esp for my 80 yo parents. They were right outside the airport and incredibly friendly. And the vehicles were with some awesome A/C. Then went thru them at Hilton Riviera Vallarta to line up some day activities an I have to say Elias Vazquez was a total all star. Gave me his cell before we departed and was texting to confirm our rides from airpot and all of our activities. Complete professional and his recommendation was just perfect for all the things we wanted to with my parents and our kids. Great company and no mark-up bs selling. The price was the price and I really appreciated not feeling like we were being swindled or upsold or being lured into a timeshare pitch :) . Highly Highly Recommend! From the ease of the booking service to the cleanliness and friendliness of the drivers, I would highly recommend their services. We booked a round trip transportation to and from the airport. It was super easy to book and when I sent confirmation emails, they responded within minutes. Although customs took over an hour, the driver stood and waited with our name until we exited the airport. We had requested 2 car seats at no extra charge and the car seats were ready and clean when we got in the car. The cars were spotless, cool and water was provided. Once you land and clear customs at the Puerto Vallarta Airport, please walk out the arrivals gate, pass the Time Shares sales people and look for the driver holding the sign with your name by the Pacifico Bar.
